The Board of Trustees of the Village of Sag Harbor will meet, Tuesday, may 17, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. to consider the adoption of the resolution and proposition authorizing the conversion of the existing defined contribution service award program for active volunteer members of the Village of Sag Harbor Volunteer Ambulance Corps. to a defined benefit service award program effective January 1, 2017 and any other business duly brought before the Board at the Municipal Building, 55 Main Street, Sag Harbor.

PUBLIC NOTICE – ROAD MICRO-PAVING

TO: Village Residents

SUBJECT: Roads to be Micro-Paved

The following roads are scheduled to be micro-paved on Tuesday, May 10, 2016:
1) Glover Street – From L.I. Ave to Redwood Road
2) Redwood Road – From Notre Dame Road to Amherst Road
3) West Water Street from the Beacon to Garden Street

The following roads are scheduled to be micro-paved on Wednesday, May 11, 2016:
1) Oakland Avenue
2) Bluff Point Road

Road surfacing will occur weather permitting from 7:00am to 5:00pm. Please be advised there will be no vehicle traffic to the referenced roads during the specified time time. Residents are encourgaged to move their vehicles to alternate streets prior to commencment of this project. I would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation.
